We operate a nationwide advertising and matching service that connects consumers with sponsoring law firms or legal service providers (“Law Firms”). Health/medical details: We are not a healthcare provider and are not a HIPAA covered entity. Any health-related information you submit is used solely to evaluate potential eligibility and facilitate a match with a Law Firm.

2) Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Sites or interact with our ads:

Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, OS, device IDs, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit URLs, click paths.

Location data: coarse location (e.g., city/state) inferred from IP.

Cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies used for functionality, analytics, and advertising/retargeting.

3) Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from:

Law Firms (e.g., outcome/feedback to improve matching).

Ad/analytics partners (e.g., campaign performance, audience segments).

Lead vendors or publishers (where lawful and with appropriate consents).

Operate and provide the Services, including screening basic criteria and facilitating introductions to Law Firms.

Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate about your requests.

Personalize and improve the Sites, including analytics, testing, and debugging.

Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

How We Share Information

With Law Firms: If you request a match or submit case details, we share your information with one or more Law Firms so they can evaluate your potential claim and contact you.

With service providers: Hosting, analytics, advertising, communications/SMS, form/lead management, security, and other vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual restrictions.

With advertising/analytics partners: To measure campaign performance and deliver or measure personalized ads; see Your Choices below for opt-out options.

Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Legal compliance: To comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or governmental request; to protect rights, property, safety, and prevent fraud.

With your consent: As otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Data Retention

When no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, or aggregate information consistent with applicable law and our policies.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact [email protected] so we can delete it.


Third-Party Links & Properties

Right to Know/Access: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.

Right to Delete: Ask us to delete personal information we collected from you.
